Soft Matter is a project of outsider electronics from Moscow-born, Toronto-based producer and vocalist, Anna Pavlova. Her music is a response to the fatigue of digital burden and embrace of self-ownership. The debut release Muscle Performance is propulsive and personal - 2 tracks of new club aesthetics for the vast expanse.
Pavlova is a bright and crucial new talent in Toronto’s creative music community. In recent years she has performed regularly as a vocalist and DJ, including sets with artists Korea Town Acid, ACT!, Reka and Cali Rose.
